Simple, short, and easy to follow routines that apply the principles of neuromuscular reeducation to help you reconnect with your body and feel good. This is a great place to start if you are postpartum or recovering from an injury.

2 - REbuild
Apply the principles of the REset program to your training routine and build a strong foundation of general fitness for whatever sport or activity you want to do. This is great for establishing a sustainable routine for lifelong fitness.

Get back to your favorite sports and activities with newfound alignment and ease of movement by applying the principles of the REset and REbuild programs. This is great for focusing on athletic performance and specific fitness goals.

You can expect a feel-good and sustainable approach to fitness that works with your body, not against it. We work one on one to focus on your individual needs and goals. I offer both in person and virtual sessions. We will start with a 15 minute discovery call to get to know each other and identify areas where I can help. During our discovery call we will discuss your goals, concerns, constraints/limitations, and history.
Our first session will start with a movement pattern assessment focusing on your particular interests and athletic pursuits. I will then build a custom training REprogram that addresses your specific fitness and lifestyle goals, ranging from returning to fitness all the way to focusing on athletic performance. To maximize your success, the program will also be customized for

Similarly, getting back into exercise when you are postpartum can feel a lot like you are starting from the beginning. Harmonic motion represents the cyclical nature of our journey, the inevitable ups and downs we experience in our lives, and the respective phases of our training cycle. As much as we wish for our health and fitness to remain on an upward trajectory, we must accept that everything comes in waves.
Harmonic Motion is about thriving in the peaks, and knowing how to recover from the valleys. It’s about moving in harmony with ourselves throughout these seasons of our lives, where we have to reset and rebuild in order to return to doing what we love.
